- You’ll enjoy views of the bustling, active Pearl District. Some units look out onto the private garden terrace while many upper floors offer outstanding views of Mt. Hood, Mt. St. Helens, the West Hills and the Freemont Bridge.

Residential Features
All apartments feature open floor plans and high ceilings that range from 7′9″ to 10′6.5″. High-speed internet connection and washer/dryer are standard in each residence. While, no matter where you choose to reside, you expect your kitchen to come equipped with the basics, at The Louisa kitchens are fully outfitted with all appliances. Appliances come in either stainless steel or a blend of black and stainless steel.
